Cook stunned the world when it emerged he was cheating on Brinkley - widely regarded as one of the world's most beautiful women - with a 17-year-old shop sales girl.
The affair ended what had appeared to be a 10-year fairytale marriage - and sparked a bitter divorce battle being fought in the public eye.
