Quote: "LONDON, England (CNN) -- Once the race has been won, as the election night balloons deflate and the last revellers wearily leave watch parties around America; perhaps then, back at the ranch, George W. Bush might settle down with a bowl of pretzels to watch his actions real and fictional played out by Josh Brolin in "W."
Freedom fries: George W. Bush played by Josh Brolin in Oliver Stone's biopic of the still incumbent president, "W."
If he does, he'll see Oliver..."

Mark this down B, in the next few months the media will start lifting Bush up, now that that Obama is the next President the truth about Bush will come out more, and people will realize he wasn't as bad as they thought, while he won't be great he won't be seen as harshly.
Meanwhile when President Obama gets security clearance to all the info Bush had, he will find a new appreciation for the things Bush did that went unnoticed.
Like not telling the media about Yellow Cake Uranium we found in Iraq so we could safely move it without terrorists trying to steal it.

Without Bush, satirists may find themselves at a loss for easy material. Making fun of Bush is like shooting fish in a barrel - too easy.
Of course they'll turn their attention to Obama. The whole purpose of political satire is to make a cynical mockery of whoever is presently wielding the reins of power. Obama can expect blows as any president has experienced, but the severity if the question. Now we find out if Obama is useless or if he can actually fix something. That will determine how he's satirized.

Maybe we should turn our intelligences and talents to fixing our broken country, our bleeding economy, our failing banks, and our astounding lack of education or infrastructure instead of picking at the one person in this world who is sacrificing himself to do just that already. But what the hell do I know, right?
