yeah, this guy was in construction and he wanted to buy a small plumbing business. obama started calling him joe the plumber when this guy showed up at his ralley n asked him directly about this small business tax/250k and above tax. and well, soon the nation knew him as that, when in fact, he is joe the contruction worker, dreamer of owning his own small plumbing business
