"In a conference call with the media this afternoon, the four most recently eliminated "american idol" contestants were given a chance to say goodbye, thank their fans, and experience their humiliations anew. How did Luke feel about being called "girly"? What did Danny think Simon meant by "grotesque"?
Asia'h Epperson was first to weather the storm, and the sadness in her voice was audible from her first word. Still, Asia'h tried to stay upbeat, talking about her plans (modeling and commercials), the Beatles song she would have performed ("Cant Buy Me Love") and her favorite judge (Simon). "I believe that God has a bigger and better plan for me," she said.
Kady Malloy was defiantly confident, despite her ouster. When asked what advice she had for future Idols, Kady suggested ignoring the judges. "In the end, they're just three opinions," she said. Kady listed her myriad vocal impressions (Cher, Christina Aguilera, Shakira) and maintained her sense of humor throughout the interview. When asked about her Britney Spears impression, Kady exclaimed, "No word from Britney and I'm still waiting for her to call me about lunch!"..."
