"Continuing her shopaholic tendencies, Lindsay Lohan was spotted spending some dough yesterday at American Rag in West Hollywood, California.

The 21-year-old singer/actress was sporting a rock star look including a vintage screen-printed tee-shirt, hip-hugger jeans and a pair of Ray Ban aviator sunglasses. After her retail romp, LiLo paid a visit to the Byron Nelson Salon.

And it sounds like the "Mean Girls" actress won't be joining her father on the mission field...."   celebrity-gossip.net
