Actor Gary Dourdan has been charged with three felony drug possession counts following his arrest in Palm Springs, just over a week ago, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Authorities arrested the departing "CSI" actor at 5:12 AM on Monday, April 28, after a patrol officer in Palm Springs, allegedly found him asleep behind the wheel of a car, which was parked facing the wrong way.

When the officer approached the vehicle, Dourdan (whose real name is Robert Gary Durdin) was allegedly found "disoriented and possibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs," local police previously told Access...."   accesshollywood.com
