I guess that "No Smoking" signs need to be redesigned to read "And this means you too, Shia". The fine will cost more than the cigarettes did.

"Shia LaBeouf seems to have forgotten the major issues he had back in February while smoking in a no smoking zone because he did it again today! This time the Transformers star decided to light one up in the bathroom of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum while filming and "set off blaring smoke detector alarms".

Lucky for LaBeouf, no arrests were made. Instead security guards gave him a "stern lecture" (in one ear out the other) and let the actor go on his way.
