if this had happened in europe, he would have been executed by now, being fat or not. people like him need to be dealt with accordingly, by releasing them into a crowd of prisoners that have been locked up for more than 20 years. . .

This isn't the first time this has happened, an inmate on death row making himself fat enough to get out of execution. There was a man years ago who made himself so heavy that if they dropped him from the gallows it would have pulled his head off his body... and unfortunately we have this thing against the "cruel and unusual", I say there's also firing squads... and the state should consider that option.
