Biden is a great choice because he turns a lot of Obama's weaknesses and helps turn them into strengths while weakening McCain to just being able to say "noun, verb, POW"

You got to be kidding the repubicans are eating this nomination up already, I mean eating it like a 3 course meal, just wait to hear what Rush,Hannity, O'reilly say about this Monday.

Has anyone even bothered to read this article it clearly has the video of the ad that will start running.
It says Biden dosen't think Obama is ready to run the country.
Then goes on to say he would be honored to run with McCain and thinks the country would be better for it.
It's crazy the guy Obama picked is the guy that everyone has been quoting when saying Obama has no experience and is not ready to run the country.

To answer the question "Why would Obama pick someone who is McCains friend?"....the answer is simply this: Republicans/Democrats=2 SIDES OF THE SAME COIN!! People think that it matters who they vote for but don't realize that BOTH PARTIES are controlled by the SAME upper powers!!! THE REAL POWER IN AMERICA IS WE THE PEOPLE!!! We need to WAKE UP and TAKE THE POWER BACK!!!!
