There are some smart, connected people going to make a ton of money from this.

Chase got a great deal and didn't absorb any unsecured liabilities in the agreement. There are going to be tons of monopolies popping up and it will make for great fodder down the road as Congress will inevitably hold hearings to divest them in the future. What a vicious circle.
